Can I use the system for marketing messages?
You are not allowed to send marketing or unsolicited messages to random users. According to WhatsApp's policy, this is prohibited, and any attempt to violate this rule will result in the immediate closure of your account and potential suspension of your phone number by WhatsApp.
Our company is not responsible for any suspension or cancellation of phone numbers on WhatsApp.
How many WhatsApp numbers can I use?
You can use multiple phone numbers as the system is flexible. It is recommended to use a dedicated phone number for the system and not your personal one.
What if the phone number I send to does not have WhatsApp?
If the target number does not have WhatsApp, the message will be marked as failed.
Can my number get banned?
If you send unsolicited messages to many users, your number may be banned.
Note that users can manually report you as spam, so your communication strategy should be legal and expected by the recipients.
We recommend explicitly asking users first if they wish to communicate via WhatsApp.
